Course Goals:
To identify what keeps us from being innovative and creative
To understand how to develop our creativity
To identify our own goals and use them to guide innovation

Ground Rules:
     1. No wallflowers. Every student must speak and ask questions in every class.
     2. No stupid questions. There are no stupid questions except the ones that you don't ask.
     3. No fast answers. If you know the answer to a challenge, you should ask perfect questions.
     4. Safe environment. When we say, "no criticism," we mean no criticism. When criticism is invited, criticize the idea, not the person.
     5. Share your work. Bring your journals, notebooks, and sketchbooks to every class.

It's all about innovation.
If you have suggestions, comments, or work to share, please contact Dr. Maggie Werner-Washburne or Dr. Paul Szauter.
